My mission is simple: to help people develop calm, clarity, and discipline through Stoic training — not just theory.
When I was 18, I was held hostage at knifepoint. That moment rewired my brain. I struggled with social anxiety, hypervigilance, panic, and fear for years. Nothing seemed to work — until I discovered Stoicism.
What began as a way to survive became a structured path for inner freedom. I studied ancient philosophy, modern psychology, and cognitive science. I turned those ideas into real practices that changed my life.

I live a quiet life in the valleys of Wales, co-parenting my son and staying committed to self-discipline.
My daily practice includes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, meditation, journaling, and structured Stoic contemplation. I believe philosophy should be lived, not just read.
